Help with my capricorn guy

He is a younger capricorn man. I'm a bit older pisces woman, with children. I am his first relationship. His first everything. We live miles apart. But visit as often as possible for wonderful sex filled weekends and we communicate everyday. I love him. I would possibly change my whole life to move to him. But we haven't said I love you. He says he cares. He says he has feelings for me, but I have to get him upset to admit that and then he stops communication.for the day. I need to know whether to stop dreaming and fantasizing about this man. I wrote him a little letter.. I don't know if I should send it.. If I should just be more patient, give him more time. I can do that but I will just fall harder and faster the longer we go on. I need advice. Here is my letter:
Don't judge me too harshly for my sensitive feelings. My sensitivity is party of my charm 😉 Tell me you don't like that I'm soft and caring. .?
Just like I try not to take it personally when u get upset & I think u shut down..clam up. I like that you are a bit brooding, internal. To me, it means you do have a sensitive side. It is a challenge.. But I do want in there. I want you to have feelings, emotions and feel safe sharing some of them, because I'm patient but I'm going to need that eventually and every now and then some frustration breaks through when I think maybe you are trying and then you take a step back. Do feelings make you uncomfortable? If they do, how can I feel safe sharing mine with you? And so, should I not? You're quite comfortable telling me the sexy things you want to do to my body. And I love that. I want you to do all of them..over and over again. . But I want more than just that.
