YES, Scorpios are highly sexual, yet mysterious.
And YES, Libras are very cocky, and very social/outgoing!

Scorpios are said to be most sexual but i have found libras to be more cocky (dont know about females). Is it due to libras being open up i have found them so ?certainly scorpios have hiding tendency about their personal things .
