I've my Mars conjunct his Sun, Moon, and Venus (amongst other things) so my judgment is clouded there but if I had to pin point something it's that I found him very attractive. I usually do find the Venus person very hot very desirable when my Mars is conjunct their own.
He definitely found me attractive too.

Posted by FormerLurker I've experienced this twice. In both the circumstances I was the Mars person. My Mars in Libra conjunct their Venuses in Libra.
With the first guy, I really appreciated his social graces. He had such lovely manners; the kind that will open doors for you and give you his arm when you've walking down stairs in high heels. Just lovely, lovely person. But there was zero sexual chemistry between us.
With the second guy, there was intense chemistry. We just couldn't stop staring at each other lol. Never have I so obsessively lusted for someone.
So given how dissimilar my experience were with the same synastry aspect, I'm unconvinced that just one conjunction can cause attraction. You'll have to look the whole chart, imo. Sun-moon conjunction is stronger, I think.

I think if its woman's venus conjunct man's mars then only venus person feels attraction not mars person in my experience it is that way what is your experience.
