Is this Sagittarius into me?

Hi everyone, I need some advice on this Sagittarius colleague of mine.. We are close because he is new to my country and I take good care of him when he just reached. In fact he does have 2 friends from his country in our company but he still became close to me. He would sometimes ask me for coffee break and he will start telling me alot of interesting things. I did noticed that he only ask me out for coffee breaks and not other female colleagues otherwise he will ask other male colleagues out for breaks. Recently, I’ve been quite close with a male consultant and we became real close friends, we will hang out for breaks sometimes and I caught him looking at us both when we return. I realised few days ago he started to touch me, like the other day I was asking him about some work stuff and he started teasing me on work related and then hold me by my arm sort of like stroking in office. And when I’m laughing with another colleague he would turn to look at me and will join in our conversation. We were having dinner the other night and I was sitting with another new colleague and we had lots of conversation and when we leave the restaurant, he opened the door for me and as I walk out the door he sorta held my back. I catch myself staring at him and noticing him alot. And whenever our eyes met he would smile to me and hold his gaze while I feel shy and look away. Whenever I come into the office in the morning, and when I walk past his table his face will brighten up as he wave to me. I’m not sure what all of these signs mean or is he just being friendly and don’t wanna lose me as a close friend. I am trying my best to not read too much in it as I don’t wanna get too deep if it’s just nothing at all. Hope someone can enlighten me on this.
