Which signs are most likely
I think Cancer would ask someone to end a relationship so they can be together. Maybe an unevolved cap would for the control and ego boost.

From my experience Aquarius, Taurus and Scorpioguys would ask someone to exit stage left on
their relationship.
Which signs are most likely to agree to doing so?
All if you ask me. If the person in the relationship is
not getting their needs met and they're truly unhappy
it won't take much for them to bounce. Or at least consider
it.
I've seen an Aqua and a Taurus just ask for some on the side if someone is already in a relationship.
