today i got in a fight with my bf and it really wasn't anything i did but a remark that i made that he didnt like which was being "scared" by his supposedly violent tendencies although i said it in a joking manner . he deleted me and said 'lets break up".

We had the best time
& connection was amazing & felt like home with him.
But just before seeing him i felt this panic attack.
And right after i went back home.
It has been two days since our date.
And i still feeling the same.

And he told me that he has short breath.
He said that he had this strong desire to see me this morning and he called to see me but i was busy i couldn't ... and right aftet felt like he can't breath and text me saying that he just want to stay home and do some work.
