He doesnt think Im worth the effort

So everythings been going fine w/ the Virguy until recently... I found out he was dating other people.. So we broke it off.. I don't want to let him go but I must. I guess he wanted a friend's with benefits situation because he clearly likes me and likes spending time with me but wouldn't reassure me that he'd stop dating around...

It sucks because we got so close & comfortable with one another.. I know that type of bond is rare to come by but I am not willing to sell myself short. What would happen if I did? I'd fall for him and later come to find that he's still dating other girls? That'd break me entirely apart. And I know actions speak louder than words but how can I feel secure when he won't even reassure my worries with words?

Well, I'm grateful that he was honest.. and didn't lead me on any further.. I'm gunna miss him so much but its for the best that we separate seeing as we both want to be together but under totally different circumstances. He's afraid of commitment, and its cool that's on him.. but I deserve an equal who is willing to give our relationship their all.

*sigh* this blows...

This should have been talked from day 1 I like to know what a guy wants out of a relationship before I even bother or waste my time and get attached. I need to know we want the same thing. Now if we find out we dont want it with each other then thats fine. A man that wants a relationship has no problem saying that upfront. Keep it moving honey, bc you want the man that wants what you want..

At least now, when you come across the guy who truly wants to be devoted to you 100% , he wont see you with "luggage" and think you were in a happy commited relationship.
So you see, its not so bad afterall.
Say i was digging you and I saw you with Virguy, saw how happy you were, i'd think you were taken.
So glad you did your resarch and found out he was dating other people.
Too bad he missed out. His loss.

He said he wanted to take things slow... That when he's "with a girl he's with a girl"... And I know we were heading towards a relationship but he's still seeing other people now... I.told him I deleted my dating profile and wasn't seeing anyone else... He approved.. Ugh, and I just found out he deleted his too... He said he felt something special with me.the day we met... The last day we spent together was amazing.. I guess it was just wrong timing...

I finally understand what its like to lose someone you get along with so well.
