So this guy I'm friends with tells me I'm pretty almost every day and gets nervous around me. He is always asking about my bf and sarcastically making fun of him. Then he will bring up this girl he's dating and talk about how hot she is. Or be mean to me in a joking way. Everyone thinks we like each other but I'm not sure what's going on. When I'm having a bad day he will tell me he will take care of me. He's asked me out before and I've declined and that's when he started bringing up the girl he is dating and being hot and cold with me
