How to get over a breakup?

What do you ladies and men do to get over a break up ? I mean it’s tough to move on quick especially when you love the person. So any tips ? What do you usually do to get over it and you know, not think about it often?

Reinvest in yourself, would be my advice.

Relationships, even good ones, can start to take their toll. It’s the nature of compromise. Makes it easy to lose bits and pieces of one’s self. When I become single, I put my energies into a spring cleaning of sorts. Eat better. Exercise more. Take back up an old hobby. Take myself on dates...
