Mars square Mars = guaranteed power struggles, likely to be sourced at times by Mike feeling emotionally controlled by you. Could be a pro or a con, depending on how emotionally mature Mike is. You tend to cause him to look more deeply into his emotional states, pushing him to communicate them more so than purely act upon them.
Interestingly, your 7th is ruled by your Mars placed in his 7th, and his 7th is ruled by his Saturn placed in your 7th. I always like to say that through great struggle/challenges, great fulfillment is to be found. Taking an easy road with one tend towards taking the impart of one's presence along the road for granted. The proclivity here is for both of you to allow the relationship to be defined by the personal limitations it presents and to create a stalemate where neither may be readily willing to budge towards compromise. Ultimately, one of you may tend to feel subordinated by the other, as the two of you may often find it difficult to relate as a team. What the relationship means to each of you on a personal level is bound to be drastically different, and thus expectations of it will tend to be far detached from the natural give-and-take energy flows that are present. My way or the highway arguments may be common fare behind closed doors.
On a basic level, Saturn is the glue in relationships. Mike is likely to become more attached, to feel more responsible due to the trine to your Venus, but given that both Saturn placements are square each other, there is bound to be some level of mutual feelings of attachment. The harsh Mars/Pluto/Moon aspects are what are likely to create an imbalance.
The aspects to your Sun/Mercury are considerably weaker than the rest in the synastry. At times you may question if he sees the real you or understands you on a fundamental level.
There's an abundance of pros, but you wouldn't be attracted to him if there weren't, so what's the point in spoiling the discovery of them? 🙂

I agree with the disagreements part. Both Cap and Scorpio moon are about control. Depending on what stage you are both at, if the control stage is introspective then you both may be able to compromise and work together. If the control stage is still being externalised then you both may have a problem agreeing to disagree, amongst other things.

It's a self- fulfilling prophecy to look at difficult aspects and think "oh shit. We're fucked."
Synastry charts are one thing. Human interaction and experience is another. Both can give you very different results. Question is, which one are you willing to follow?
