If you were falling in love?

If u found urself falling in love with someone, but u didnt want 2 fall in love, what would u do?

I have been called a "runner" before. I tend to leave the situation, whatever my head is telling me, it usually ends up the answer i should have listened too over my heart and emotions, or so has been my experience. When i dont listen, i end up hurt and alone, single again. even after 18 years............

I usually just divert all my attention to something else so I'm "too busy."
Eventually they get tired of waiting around for me and we grow apart.

You'll be able to fall out of love just as fast if you tell your mind why it's wrong. So don't worry🙂

So if u were falling n love and bcuz of past hurts and such u didnt want 2 fall 4 anyone. Would u start acting like a jerk or being a witch 2 purposly push them away? Personally, bcuz of the person i am, i could never do this 2 someone. I get swept away by my feelings 4 someone and i want 2 b friends or friendly with them afterwards. But everyone is different. So what about any of u?

Aya, some people are just messed up and really should seek counselling...If they're behaving like that, i'd just leave them be...There's no point messing around. And if they're a healthy human being in every sense of the word, then they wouldn't be behaving like this...They're either messed up (probably temporarily), or playing games.

For me personally, if I push someone away from me it's because they have really over-stepped the mark and I actually want them OUT of my life.

I guess I just don't see the point in not falling in love with someone. Yes they could hurt you. You could hurt them. You could end up happier than ever too though.

It's sad that the fear of rejection is that strong that you must push away someone who could be great for you. How do you ever expect to be happy in a relationship if every time you are falling, you push away the person who could love you and may be the one for you?

well, what's your reason for not wanting to fall in love? bad timing? the person isn't right?
