One sided- whenever the other person calls or texts, you answer, but when you try to contact them, you get nothing.

Lack of communication- having a hard time getting a hold of the other person.

Why do you want to keep someone around that isn’t interested in being there for you? I’m assuming this is a pattern of behavior and they just don’t have a difficult schedule?click to expand
This isn't for me, I'm trying to prove a point to someone and this person barely has a schedule these days due to the pandemic.

Can't fix a relationship on your own. It will take willingness from all/both parties involved.
Never attempt to force something (communication) that should already be (naturally).

It takes 2 people and efforts to work otherwise it’s pointless
