I feel like a lot of people get stuck on exes because they thought they were the one and they don’t think anyone else will be a good match for them. So you just have to step outside your comfort zone to breakdown that wall you build around yourself. Casually have sex with several people and soon enough you’ll be desensitized enough to re-enter the dating circuit (or you’ll see how fun the NSA life style is so you can live happily ever after as a strong and independent woman).

What will sex do for you? If you think it will help, then yes, but if you think it will make you feel empty inside and miss the ex, then no.
