If you have HBO GO, check out Mea Maxima Culpa: Silence in the House of God. It's crazy how much corruption is within the Vatican & how systematic the attempts to cover-up the rampant pederasty.

I watched it and that's so disgusting about the pope who resigned. Why did he do that when he knew he was gonna be a pope and had responsibilities?

It doesn't sound like he really believed in the church and god.

He didn't want to be part of the corruption that coexisted any more.

It's so sad.

To know the system they have set up isn't what I thought it was.

I thought they were holy people, role models, I put so much faith in the priest and Vatican.

I'm extremely disappointed.

It's all a set up.

I'm no longer catholic because I don't see this men as any better or holier than I. My mother still believes they are owed respect or some how a step above.

I'd like her to see these videos but I know the response " they aren't the church not all are bad( I say evil).

So no I don't believe in the catholic institution

It's extremely devastating.

I grew up in a Catholic home.

My ancestors were believers.

At least 14 generations.

Corruption has always existed.

As long as humans exist, hate will exist.

As long as humans exist, love will exist.

it comes down to what we give power to.

I choose to love.

It's so sad, they use our love for God against us.
