We have all no doubt seen the pictures of millions of people who que to pay homage to Pope John Paul II since his death. People from all corners of the globe and all walks of life que in their millions to catch a last glimpse of his body as it lies in St Peters Sq.
To undertake a pilgimage of realisation as an individual I fully understand as well as the need to pay homage but why do people mourne his death...especially those who say they are Catholic...—
What is even harder to understand is the way they over come by feelings of greef and saddness...or is it for themselves I wonder...—
You see...what I do not mostly do not understand is the position of people both mentally and spiritually who say they are Catholic but then cry at his passing for surely if there is one man who would have little to fear before the gates of Heaven on his judgement day it would be the pope...?
He truely was a gracious man with no malace in his being at all...a true example to all mankind...
He was a cool dud. If there is a heaven I am Sure he made it. I am also sad to see him pass. But if you think about it he in his own mind before he went felt he was going to a better place.
I wept at the Pope dying because he seemed so very geniune in his love for mankind and for doing all things positive for God. No matter the religion his goals seemed to be about peace and not judgement. That is remarkable.
