Is it good, or evil? Is it all powerful? Is it all knowing? Is it a he, a she, both, an it? Etc.

Basically, mine something is bigger than all of us. However it still has limitations like any of us and it may even belong to something even bigger. My God is looking for something and is making us all participants in its quest.

How is yours?

Being afflicted with limitations seems like something that would be at odds with the concept of god. Or it could just impose upon us to put some more thought into the nature of (a) god.

God is indefinable yet he exists. He's sometimes hard to deal with but you'll end up loving Him anyway. Positive thoughts about Him bring very positive and overwhelming results. It is a struggle but one worth going for.

I like the bold part and it's one of the reasons I made this thread.

Anyway, I apologize if my idea of God offends someone.

Acceptance is difficult for me when I don't understand. Yet we are kind of forced to do it anyways because our understanding of the world can only get us so far.

Believing in something can bring a sense of purpose and clarity to all of us.
