do they dislike me so much LOL. The only 2nd Decan Saggie I get along with is my Grandmother hhaha.

3rd Decan Saggies I get along with amazingly well, its like automatic 😄

Scorpio-Saggie cusps are cool too, there only one that annoys me and that because she's just evil lol

1st Decan Saggies are fine and my own cusp (Saggie-Capricorn Cusps) are fine to deal with.


However, it seems as if I can't make things work with 2nd Decans. I'm not sure why. It seems as if they are sensitive to what I say or something ...

My number one 2nd decan Saggie antoganist is at one of my jobs. For crying-out-loud. Its like she wants my head or something. She tries to act like some sort of supervisor over me and when I don't repond to her, she gets annoyed but I think to myself, "What's your deal, we are on the same level, I don't have to listen to you." lol!!! She one of those girls who really try to be more then what she is and if you don't keep your eyes on her, she'll steal the fire from underneath you.

She didn't bother me until I realized how she operates, she's cut throat ... I wonder what her moon ...

The reason I think she's sensitive to what I say is because she thinks that I don't "like" her and she tells other co-workers and my Virgo boss this as well. THANK GOD, my boss doesn't pay her any attention. My boss wants me to keep her under the impression that she really listens to the Saggie but in fact she doesn't. Those Virgos ... and they're suppose to be SO straightforward. I think my virgo boss is scared of her lol!!!!!!!

Hi Archer 😄 😄!!!

You know, I chose the job with less hours BUT, I'm still working two jobs. You know why 😄 I was offered another position in the same department so YAY!!! I will admit, its a bit different then my old position but thats fine, as long as I am able to bring in money and go to school then I am okay. Also, the new position is part-time, not full-time like the old one. So I baby-sit to (try) and fill in the gabs.

I will be moving again in about a month or so, I feel like a chicken with my head cut completely off.

So you are having a rough time? Why— What happened— Yeah, we cappies can be pains in the good old booty but we are awesome during hard times. We don't like for anyone to suffer more than we do so we feel that we must help or else it will make us sad, you know?

Hey cappysweetie.... your Sadge at work.......I'm willing to bet that she is harder on herself than she is on you. *sigh*

At work I am a total perfectionist. My bosses tell me that I am the most accurate at the job, but I don't do it to impress anyone, I just get a personal satisfaction from the feeling of doing the job RIGHT. And that means I will give myself total hell if I screw anything up.

I can be very hard on co-workers that I think are lazy, not paying attention, too chatty, not serious, frivolous, sycophantic ass-kissing types, or they just don't give a shit.
I don't mean to do it 😢 but I want everything to be PERFECT.

I always worry that my co-workers don't like me and are scared of me because I'm usually complaining about something. One of my bosses said it's all in my head and that I'm too hard on myself.

Hmmmm, you know I can see Saggies being too hard on themselves at work but at home they are more laidback. I am a hard worker too, I think being on the Saggie-Cappy cusp can be overload at times -- capricorns don't like to stop working and Saggie love people (even if they don't want too lol). I think the Aqua moon helps filter all of this and I can have a laidback attitude when things are too tense. The Saggie co-worker is VERY serious about almost everything but she tries really hard to impress the Virgo boss. I see this and I usually back away because my approach to things are different.

See, here's the thing ... a few times the Saggie co-worker has said something about me that was negative and it was the Virgo boss who told me LOL!!! She told me to watch myself around her and then I warned my Virgo boss to do the same -- we basically warned each other.

The funny thing about all of this is that we seemed to get along with each other until about a year ago -- she's only worked there for almost two years, I've been there for five years ... going on six lol. I use to think that my Pisces co-worker was a bit hard on her at times but now that I work closely with her, I see why those too didn't get along.

Oh, and when your Sadge at work drops dead of a heart attack, just kick her to the side and continue working, because that's how she would want it to be.

LOL! See, thats the thing, this girl likes to tell other people what to do while she sits or stands around. Oh boy! That use to piss my Pisces co-worker off lol! Her attitude towards people can be really nasty, its like she's trying to prove something -- my 3rd decan Aries co-worker, who I use to be close to is acting alittle wierd too. Those two talk more not then we do now. She's always tried to listen to conversations in the past ... which is disturbing. I think the 3rd decan Aries knows theres tension and he trying to keep thing solid. So he and I don't talk like we us too BUT I talk to my 2nd decan Aries co-worker alot. She left and was in school but he returned early this year and I was soooo happy. He and I have worked together for about 4 years. I have my fellow Saggie-Cap co-worker too and a Leo co-worker lol.

Fwiw, my 2nd decan sagi sister (7th Dec) gets on amazingly well with our sagi/cap cusper friend (19th Dec).
They're like male and female versions of each other in lots of different ways.

I can see this. My mother is always saying that I'm just like my grandmother and she's a 2nd decan Saggie lol.

Is it karma if it's your plan??

Well, I was talking to my Pisces co-worker today -- who was the 1st one to warn me about her. OMG, she warned me and warned me but I think she was just giving that Saggie girl a hard time. However, I was wrong.


I've decided to dissolve my plan because ... well, just because 🙂 I don't need to have a plan really. lol, not in the position I'm in. If I were to create a plan to get her, I would be no better than her really.

Well, there are just a few things I know about that made me stop plotting. In all honesty ... I don't have to! LOL!!!

See, theres a collective effort by my Virgo boss (she's such an idiot), to try and make us become friends ....

Soooooo, the saggie girl has started running her mouth to me, telling me this and that and all kinds of stuff. I'm glad she's talking, really I am -- although I may be the wrong person she wants to reveal stuff to ...

I don't mean to be cunning (I am part capricorn, I can't help it ) but I still haven't gotten over the fact that she got me in trouble. That was a huge mistake (again, I'm a capricorn lol she totally cross-the-line), however, I will not plot against this woman. Theres no way, I will not go to that level.

Sometimes things can happen you don't have to left a finger or open your mouth 😉

I really don't like being this way, but I detest someone making trouble for me just for the sake of promoting her own agenda. She really shouldn't have did that but the damage is done. So life goes on 🙂

Its just a shame really ... my Virgo boss and that aries co-worker guy just might go down with her ... but hey, thats not my problem.
