I know a few other details perhaps you'r not aware of.This is cuz i was in another board earlier a while ago.
This scorp sun gemini moon(ssgm) she's complaining,spent time in prison for drunken driving(i donno if she has mentioned it here) and guess why?
She didnt even pass by the prison route but she was singing and dancing "karma is a motha fucking bitch" "he deserved it am so happy " and things like that online!
If she didnt even show her support to the scorp,not even visited her in prison while he was going through a tough lean patch...why the heck would he come back to her?Something doesnt add up here.Scorps are very proud creatures to do things like that.I am 100% sure he didnt approach her first!
Where is the trust?I will not mention her adventures during the period the scorp spent time in proson for obvious reasons..
My point is his positives must outweigh the negatives,thats why she's going back..if NOT why even try go back to him?and then WHINE?

i am a hopeless romantic at heart and no matter what some guy does to me, i will give chance after chance. takes some thinking, but im a sucka for love. so i think there could still be a glimmer of hope...i could say its boredom, but after some thought, i dont think thats the case.

@Little Archer I used to be very stubborn about holding on to my idealistic ways too. But I've started really working on opening myself and listening to advice. As life goes on, I'm beginning to see that I can't take emotional pain and bounce back the way I used to. I can see the nice side of me slowly leaving and becoming bitter and jaded. I've come to the conclusion that the only way to stop this transformation is for ME to change MYSELF. My happy go lucky carefree ways have to be calmed down with a good dose of wisdom mixed in so I can save the good I have left.
mebs: i definitely have been working on calming myself down as well. i've found meditation has worked wonders. and i have never been one to bounce back easily from emotional pain (i blame my moon in pisces and my scorpio rising).
i guess what i am saying is that i do work to change myself and learn and grow, but it happens at my own pace. and so i look for support in that, and yes, i accept tough love from my friends...but it bothers me if someone puts a timeline on my change or tries to change me

i called him back repeatedly because i wasnt going to let him get off like that. when he asked me when i was going to be his girlfriend, i didnt play games with him. i told him when he would act right.
coming over to my crib and then leaving and not coming back when you said that you are is NOT acting right. he did it 2x. so he knows what hes doing. if i accepted that kind of behavior, that would let him know that id be accepting of that kind of behavior and he would raise the bar.
so instead of just ignoring him, i let him know of his mistakes and why i would not be his girlfriend. straight up.
further him asking for such a high priced gift was unacceptable in my mind; and he got an ear full. to me, he is just like a girl who asked a guy to pay her rent and she's only known him for 2 weeks. hed be a sucka for doing that and so would i. all of which i told him.
in the midst of his behavior and actions, i still see light at the end of the tunnel. i only know him of the behavior hes shown, the things hes asked for, and how much he talks in circles. i am the queen of second, third, fourth chances. a part of me still thinks there is a actually a good person underneath this ACT. the other part of me thinks, this is truly HIM. take it or leave it. there is nothing else to be learned.

to give you a summarize timeline,
we met, we talked, we sexed and then the "games" started. literally, that same night we first had sex. he said he had to leave and would be back. i knew he wouldnt and i was right. even though i waited up for him to come back. i accepted his apology and he did it to me again and provided another excuse. i told him that i didnt believe any of his excuses.
maybe the games started because i didnt call him the next day after sex, after a couple days he called me. why would i call him? he left, said he would be back and never came back. i figured i was a booty call at that point. i asked this question b4, did he expect me to sweat him and be in love after one night—?
i called him out on his dine & dive behavior and he swore to me up and down that was not the case..only to cease with the dine & dive to the phone games and asking for gifts.
maybe they started because i didnt compliment his sexual behavior. we had sex once and i did all the work. in my mind, he should be complimenting me. lol
i think bluebetty is right, he gets off on frustrating me. the longer he frustrates me and i STILL entertain him..tells him something. it would tell him the same thing i would take from it... "boy, this person really likes me to put up with all this."

the only thing is that i'm not trying to mask anything. i am just really really slow to learn lessons because i am too idealistic. i always think that things will be better....
and in terms of people providing solutions..i think it takes me a long time to be able to actually make changes, when i'm venting, i'm not looking for someone to give an answer...what i really want is to feel like i'm not alone and to have someone empathize.

so the next day i called him, he didnt answer. he called me back and i started to tell him why i didnt call. as soon as i finished my sentence, he said he had to go. i thought it was odd. after some time, i call him back and he picks up, but then says he has to go within seconds of being on the call. something is up. he doesnt call back, so i call him again and he doesnt answer. he calls me back and i say hello and then he says that he has to change phones and go again. i stop him and say "what is going on with you?" hes quiet, then he says that he has to change phones. i hung up on him. if u knew u had to change phones, why would u call me up on the wrong one.
something is up with him and i think hes just playing around with me. so i tell myself, this has gone far enough. i delete his phone from my number and thats that. i guess he didnt like my reason as to why i didnt call him back.
he didnt call all day the next day. the following day, he didnt call to 11. then he called every 20 or so mins after that. till 3 am.
i dont think he likes me but he is trying to be a pest.
