Completely agree!! Although I may be a bit biased, I am married to a Cap afterall!!
But yes I have noticed that Caps and Saggies do tend to get on rather well, here as well in life... I think We saggies bring a bit of fun to the Cap, and You Cappies ground us Saggies to keep us from flying off into the beyond!! LOL
Both Caps and Saggies enjoy being around dominantly strong personallities, so we work well together!!

I notice that Sags and Caps get along very well in this message board (compared to other signs). Just an observation! What do you think?
