What's with AT&T and the iPhone 4S?

I've had the 4s for the past 3 weeks. I used to have the google g2 with tmobile but switched. At first the phone was good but I've noticed the web speed is slow now. I have a limited data plan so it should be fast as it was when I bought it

I've reset my network settings, eliminated alot of things that was running in the background, and have gotten rid of some apps.

What is the issue and how do I fix it?

You're not alone there. I'm with Sprint and have a 4s and every since the IPhone 5 came out my Internet has been slooooooow. I think it's a conspiracy.
