29.43 degrees moon

I hate to repost (this should be and IS in the Cusps forum) but I'd like an answer today, and no one is visiting the cusps forum.

you scorpios are a clever bunch (i should know) so tell me:

How much of scorpio should be apparent in a late degree libra moon (29.43)

The way I see it, you are what ever sign you are born under, and if you're by the cusp you will have traits of the other sign. Otherwise I should be like half and half, and I'm a lot more scorpio than sag. I do have this bad habit of eating my feet, and I can be amazingly naive. I absolutely LOVE animals and I like to travel. Beyond that, I'm all scorpio. My personality, scorpio. The way I act, scorpio. With those very few exceptions.

Ah i see, I can't believe it's such a dramatic and instantaneous changeover. You're right though. I'm thoroughly and extremely libra moon (the extreme part being my scorpio sun influencing my expression of everything in my chart)

Yeah, it makes a lot more sense to me in a logical way that it would blend. I just don't see that with myself or any of the other cuspers I know. (and they are drawn to me, because I am one, LOTS of friends of mine are cuspers)

It's true, there are never any truly half-and-halfers. Which brings me to the question - why does your birth chart imprint upon you the very second you are 'born'? Like, immediately? Does your mother's womb act as a cosmic energy barrier for 9 months?
