Virgo could work. But your Leo Moon and Venus may hate her OCD and tight scheduling. But she would cater to your Scorpio sun. Pisces and Virgos are the toss ups.

But I could definitely see Cancer.

You made me chuckle I think she would hate my OCD even more if presumably I would date a Virgo

I agree that Cancer would be most suitable match and I dont have anything against them, they are really nice people but I feel more drawn to Virgos, don't know why.
