i didn't realise how distrustful i sound. i've been trying to "run" but it has not really worked out for me either. I keep regretting that decision.

At the moment I am just trying to focus on my own life & let it run its own course. i just thought i'd ask for some input in case i am not seeing the bigger picture here. Thank you for yours.

I knew a man like this once. He acts like an asshole and when you call him on it he turns it around and makes it like you did something wrong.

Can you live with this type of relationship? It is not going to get better. People are on their very best behavior in the beginning. You were over it after a few days. It will only be downhill from here.

It sounds like you were already in bed together after only six days or dates. I only assume you're having sex with this thing and so his osteoarthritis doesn't come into it.

Every person has osteoarthritis to some degree. It's bone degeneration. It's no excuse to take two hours to get out of bed or to not go to work.

I have spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, osteoarthritis, facet joint issues, a prolapsed disc, and fucking bone spurs. My lower back and pelvis are often stiff but 20 mins with a cold pack calms it all down. It doesn't fix it. It just means I can stand up and walk about. Pain medication for numbing the areas of the spinal nerve works only occasionally. I also know someone who is considerably worse off than me who had a spinal fusion in his 20's. He's in constant pain and is on those morphine lollys. Yet he still manages to function and work although his life style has been impacted.

I don't believe this guy has much of an issue with his bones but k do believe he has an issue with his personality and brain. So do you for sticking around.

Oh I'm sorry, you 'tried' twice to leave him. You barely know him. Just delete his number and block him. What on earth do you see in this guy? You clearly know he's a wrong un! He is a manipulative sociopath. All he had to do was murmur 'I love you' and you were in. Now you're questioning if he means it? Common sense tells you you can't love someone in the space of five minutes.

If that's what you think love looks like then I think you have issues. Stop making excuses for him and you.

He sounds unstable. Unstable men, especially the water signs, tend to use relationships as a crutch for whatever they feel they lack, be it love, security or strength. Behavior like that is not how anyone loves, let alone a Scorpio. Scorpios that love for the right reasons are consistent and focused. Not erratic, flip floppy and so obviously manipulative.

Take it as a sign your dodging a bullet. Someone who uses love as a tool to gain resources would only use up all their good will and then move on to the next.
