Confused.. Shall I forget about scorpio guy?

So I posted recently about how I have reconnected with a scorpio guy... we met up for drinks last week, and it was really nice and he said he'd like to do it again... we've texted briefly since then but nothing was mentioned about meeting again. And now I haven't heard from him in a week. What gives?
I suppose he only saw it as friends if he's not keen to meet me soon again? Or perhaps hes confused as to what I want?
I suggested meeting, because I still like him and I wanted to see where he's at... It was really positive, but now I'm not hearing from him. I don't want to be the one to suggest the second meet up, he has to do that I think- so I can see if he's keen
But is he ever going to suggest it? Should I forget about him or be patient and wait for him to contact? Is it possible he is interested or am I fooling myself?? I just think if he wasn't interested he wouldn't have met up with me, let alone respond to my messages!

Why would he have agreed to meet up and then say that we should do it again?
Could it be hes testing me for my interest, but because I haven't contacted him this week, he thinks I only suggested to meet as friends?

Guilt? Doesn't make sense. IF it was out of guilt, he wouldn't have said he had a nice time, was good to see me again and that we should do it again...
I don't think I will hear from him now, a week has passed... but still, I don't understand it
