Although this topic is for male scorps,I have to contiue a exercise program due to I get too tired when I don't,started in high school on the track team.My matabolism is very good so the only "problems" stems from being considered too "skinny" to most people but not underweight or overweight.Do always have to remind myself to eat more than anything else when my head is elsewhere though so yeah,pretty good article.
