Hmm well I'm a Scorpio rising and I must say this kind of look has always caught my eye. I definitely like an air of mystery about a man, makes them harder to read, which is a nice challenge.
I don't think its color that attracks a Scorpio it is if you can make them nervous by giving them direct eye contact. You have to understand a Scorp to catch their attention if you are not scared of their mysterious nature it throws them for a loop.
