Do Scorpio men approach woman to tag along?

Well its not about me.. But my friend he is scorp.. And I know how his behaviour is. He us genrally shy and stay away from woman I guess it is scorp traits as well. But recently I had seen him behaving bit casual with this girl in our college and I was like maybe he likes her but since scorp dont share such things I had doubt weather what I'm thinking is right or wrong. If its roght maybe I can help him to get along with her...

Don't meddle. The guy can take care of himself. If he asks for help then by all means, otherwise you're just inserting yourself. You're not his mother.
