Livers fine. I mostly quit drinking beer.

Covid got me pretty bad end of 2023 and resulted in some epithelial tissue damage and it took me a while to recover. Trying to workout even with light weights fatigued me pretty bad. I started eating every leafy green I could get my hands on and drinking wheat grass and chlorella and that really helped. Back to normal now just older and more bald.

I moved to Austin, TX. Childbearing age here is 35 and the rest of Texas is 10. 😂🤣😂


The only kids I've seen in Austin have been my grandkids. Everyone else is running around with dogs and cats in strollers.
