Why do water signs have a hard time to let go? They should be able to move, make their own way and flow.
I feel really upset now just by reading that their are others who feel the way I do and struggle to let go 😢

Do you feel like there's so much brain space available that each and every emotion, feeling just gets captured. It seems like a chest, you open it, think about something and all the feeling, the pain the anguish comes flying back, often harder than it was the first time round ?

For me the most difficult part about experiencing these intense feelings is not being able to put it in to words. I try to explain it to others sometimes and they are just dismissive because they don’t understand; think I’m being dramatic or overreacting. That may be the case sometimes but I don’t share often so for me it’s everything I’ve pent up. The intensity dies down over time so it doesn’t affect me as muchclick to expand
I just question a lot! People don't seem to get what I feel.
It doesn't gets easier though, it seems like either I'm incapable to tell, or they don't want to understand.
I push away people a lot. Being involved is scary.
