So, my little Scorpy daughter wanted her hair cut even shorter. I just had 3" cut off a month ago. I asked her if we could just wait till closer to school so she could have all summer to think about the style she wanted. She's 8 and this was her reply this morning.

The answer just wasn't as fast as she liked. πPosted by SssupesShe did a pretty good job of it (way better than I do when cutting hair....which is why I don't cut hair!). Let her wear it as short as she wants. School is almost out, summer is hot (and humid over there), she'll either love it and keep it or decide she wants to grow it out. Posted by SssupesUnless a kid wants a haircut that isn't approved by their school it's not something I'd fight them on. They'll learn what they like and it teaches independence, makes them feel important that they have a say about something.
