Im just not in a place to date right now?

So, I'm in love with this scorp guy. I see him in a group setting about 3 times a week. I have felt this connection for about a year now but neither he nor I have made any moves. I am very close to his family and we have a very good friendship but I feel like there is supposed to be more to us. I catch him staring at me all the time and he questions about my whereabouts but he wasn't doing anything major to let me know he likes me. Although I think he does.

I got fed up two weeks ago and sent him a text that said, "So, I'm not big on speculation and was waiting for a sure sign but I thought there was a connection between the two of us. What do you think?" He responded, "No matter how I felt about anyone, I'm not in a place were I could talk to anyone right now." I didn't respond because I didn't know what to say and he sent another text about twenty minutes later that said, "I don't mean that in a bad way if that's what you thought." Then I said, "I didn't take it anyway, just glad I know. No point in speculating when I can just ask."

Although I said just glad I know I don't really know anything. He didn't answer the question just diverted it. What might this mean scorp guys? Some people say this means no and that he just too good of a friend to come out and say it. Some think he just isn't ready right now.

oh wai wai wai, how are you in love with him? no moves, no dates, no actual or real time spent together? this sounds like a romance novel! or infatuation that someone needs to snap out of 😕

You do know astrologically, scorp and aqua exude a mystery air around them so they would attract each other initially, scratch the surface and it mostly comes apart 😢

yeah, it's definately a fob-off remark but made not to offend you as he probably values your friendship. i think it's excellent that you ended the speculation by asking the question though. it takes a brave person and i'm sure he will respect that. 🙂

i agree that scorp/aqua is a difficult combination for romance but great for friendship. they have a wacky sense of humour that scorpios 'get'.
