Hehe.... No cats no, and thank you, just as I had imagined. Although, after that dialogue, I thought it best to sever ties, he was in my country and wanted to catch up and have a drink, I didn't hear from him the rest of that week since I basically had an argument and it got quite heated. But here's the best part, he messaged twice in that week to say he had left his phone in a hire car and was waiting to get it back!!!!!!..

Even after that friendzone call he said it, and I pushed him for a day, questioning his validity and he said ' I love you, are we clear!!!!?. I understand and appreciate all that you have said darlin however, he betrayed not only my trust but my integrity and intelligence by the lie he used, and was too childish to message me when he was a couple hours away from me, and sent me the message TWO days after he got home!!!!@@..... I will never be able to forgive this betrayal. He has been begging me fir eight months for me to let him fly over and have a date with me.... It's beyond rubbish at this point.

Just ask him specifically. While others might say that you’ve been friend zoned, maybe friendship is important to him in relationships too. My sons dad that I was with for 10 years was/is my best friend and he was my best friend even while we were together. I don’t think it necessarily means it sees you as ONLY a friend. Just ask him, only he can tell you that.

Right up until the arguement, then things went down South, re: I list my phone message, and not meeting me.

Got a message saying he'd found his phone!!!!!!....

How long will he keep messaging if I keep ignoring him, until he stops communicating with me?.
