Passion

Lets talk about that drive that we're so known for, when surrender takes hold, when you step outside yourself, and the known world disappears; the great deep abyss of feeling opens up. You frighten your partner half to death.

So I got carried away a little.

Thoughts anyone?

As much self-control as I exercise on a daily basis, the thought of a bombshell of this magnitude even scares me some.

Oh boy.....I didn't realize.....

I'm currently posting on the Cancer board about my Cancer guy and what I want from him. I think I just realized why I brought up this topic to begin with.

I'm not foaming at the mouth, but not far from it. There have been rivlets of passion I've let out from time to time, but frankly, nothing like I really am.

But the thought of letting it all go......jeez.

But isn't this what it is all about, Ladydane? And actually, witnessing that someone feels so strongly about you...what affect can it have but to make the object of your desire feel wonderful?

Be yourself. Whatever you feel is valid and should be communicated. 😉

I'm not even a scorpio and i've been "guilty" of that, boy do they run away fast, poor little pisces...
Maybe i should have been looking for scorpios after all. What you describe must be so amazing. If one can take it, of course.

I appreciate men who can "handle" and appreciate that drive in me 😉

Pisceans are not as weak as you may naively believe them to be... Mutable signs are very adaptable too and can put up with a hell of a lot, whereas others have more of a tendency to "snap".

Scorpios can handle it. But I'll admit, in the past, I have scared a few off.

Pisces are brilliant people in my opinion. My 15 year old niece is Pisces and for years people have feared us when together because we get on so well. We are almost mind readers with each other and Pisces seem to be pretty strong people, taking a lot and not getting angry. Me, on the other hand.......

My Virgo partner at first was frightened by my passions at first. Then he surrendered. I believe he's glad he did. After over three years, the passion is even greater.

I believe Scorpios do take their passions to another level - but it has to be with someone they really truly love and adore. At least that's how it is with me. I can't surrender it unless I am sure......then it's no holds barred. It's more of a spiritual things - like it's transcends the earthly realm of things. But a Scorpios passion can be channeled into other things as well. My paintings are another great passion for me. When I am painting - I often think of the inspiration of Picasso - another Scorpio by the way. Let's not limit passion to just sexual things. And I don't think Scorpios do that - unless they are the true Scorpian or grey lizard who like to slink around and cause problems - the highly evolved Eagle will soar above the mundane and/or boring.

I totally agree with you on that Glee. All the scorpios I have seen so far are very passionate people and their passion is not limited to only their partner ...it can be an ideal or artistic endeavor or simply work.They just feel everything at an intense level when they care about something.

Reading all the stuff you scorpio guys are saying makes me wish I had me a scorpio.

I think defending pisces like that seems to suggest that they are weak. Just an observation.
