btw, does anyone know how to germinate seeds from palm trees?

I have yet to go to my class reunion, been out of school since 1980, missed the first one. I really don't care to see the people I went to school with, first two years of high school I was picked on talked about, constantly was treatened to get my ass kicked and I ignored it all. We have block parties here in DC, and house parties...

The Black&White Party was a house party but since it rained so much we just came dressed casual. Most of the people I party with are from the old school, so we party to a lot of parliment, barkays, Chubb Rock, O'jays, spinners, etc. it was so much fun. We played shots of tequila 1800, or syveka vodka (I hope I spelled that right) with a roulette wheel. 🙂

devil: interestingly, this is my motivation with the palm trees. do you know people buy plantations of them as an investment— they are soooo expensive when mature and my friend has a huge plot of land which i can plant them in.
