Does Scorpio Rising Complement Scorpio Sun?

I don't know the answer to that question. However, my rising is Aries and Aries men utterly annoy me. I don't find them attractive, nor charming, or sexy in any way. I'm best friends with the women, but romantically, matching up with someone my rising has not worked for me.

It says Sun Scorpio may Love or Hate someone with Scorpio rising. So I guess it depends. Haven't read it all, but you can check it out for yourself.

I have a Gem rising and I have dated 2 Gemini men in my life, but Gem males are not my cup of tea. Maybe you should look at your venus and the other person's mars also.
