Scorp or libra/scorp cusp?

i'm confused if i'm dating a scorp or libra/scorp cusp guy. he's born on october 29th. some say the cusp ends on the 26th and some say it's on the 29th. he kind of resembles a libra personality the way he's in a relationship and not that much of a scorp. does anybody have an experience with libra/scorp cusp man?

It's intersting, I think your guy is a Scorp being born on the 29th. He may have libra influence though that could make you feel like the aries/libra definition above. I know I have important libra influence and I relate more to the libra definition you put on above on my interactions with aries.

he only has uranus and pluto in libra only. most of his chart is sagittarius. now things are making more sense.

i just realized that i have libra in the same planets as him. i have uranus in libra in 9th house and pluto in libra in 8th house both in retrograte. not sure what it means.
his uranus and pluto are both in 3rd house direct
