Personally, I think that's an individual's preference and has nothing to do with a persons' astrological sign. Personally, I like older men but that's just me. My Scorp ex was much older than I am but his next GF was closer to his age. I think Scorps are attracted to types of people (independant, strong, confident etc.) so as long as you are of legal age and you have those traits, you have a shot.
