scorpio guy being cold?

so the scorpio guy nodded to me at work today before i left. i think he liked my haircut. i smiled at him and nodded back. then he ignored me the whole time he was in there. picking up a coworker. he drove her somewhere, she had flowers. i know they're just friends. so my question would be is he being cold (you know that hot and cold thing or playing it cool?)

i gave him plenty of opportunity to talk to me because i stayed, played it cool making a purchase waiting for some kind of other greeting from him and nothing. i wish i could see him alone without anyone, maybe then we could acually talk.
