scorpio guy playing games

Hi everyone. I really need some advice. I met a scorpio guy online over a year ago and we chatted constantly and I really began to like him. Then we started arguing about silly things and we went our separate ways only messaging now and again. Well last week after months of no contact he messaged to tell me he was going to be in my area and we should meet up. When I met him I was totally taken. We kissed and touched a lot then when it was time for him to go he said he had a girlfriend and shouldn't have come. I was gutted. I got peed off and a tad emotional and he ended up crying but said it was over past stuff. He left and I thought that would be it. Then next morning he messaged me and asked how I was feeling and that he had ended with his gf. Then messaged me the day after and said he was trying to sort things out with her. Top and bottom of it is whenever we stop talking, its always him that makes first contact, he knows I like him so much. Why not just leave it alone if thats not what he wants? What does he expect from me? Any help appreciated 🙂
