Scorpio men: when they dont like you? Advice

I'm a Scorpio woman 20 and the guy I like just turned 21 (Scorpio as well). I don't know if he likes me but I'm leaning towards he doesn't. We were friends on facebook and I saw that he was at a protest that I was at. So I sent him a friendly message(Sept) and he invited me to another event and was friendly saying (we should stay in touch, we should link up soon,ill be more free next week so ill hyu to see what your schedule looks like)and I gave him my number and we texted talked for over a month straight. At the event, he would occasionally stare at me and after drove me to my car and told me that I was prettier in person than he thought I would be. After everyone left where we sat and talked until the parking enforcement came lol. People told us more than once that we look good together or if we are with each other.He asked me to hang out the following day but I couldn't. We talked from there and on (with gaps) but there was not a week he didn't text me or vice versa. He would call to talk and we would talk for 3 hours about everything. Around the time where it was the anniversary of his mothers death. We would talk about deep things he keeps bottled up. He would ask things like when was my first boyfriend,call me next time you're feeling down, who are you going with?, what are you doing?,that's going to cost you, good morning beautiful, etc.
I invited him out once and he declined because that's not what he wanted to do, he asked if I was going alone or who am i going with. He called me on the phone in October and he said I was free yesterday idk why I didnt think to hyu. Lets hang out this Sunday. Sunday came (I was talking to him on sat. and sun. morning) he never mentioned it (still hasnt).
I hadn't talked to him for two weeks until I wished him a happy birthday where he playfully told me that I think i really know him but i dont. He last told me that he was impressed that I kind of knew who he was.
Now its November, I haven't spoken to him in 3 weeks (since we talked on his birthday)
I'm not clingy so when he doesn't respond (like he used to) I don't text him again (harassing him lol). So I havent contacted him since. So I'm wondering whats up? Where did i go wrong?

It doesn't sound like you've done anything wrong at all. Only he knows what's really up, and if he's not willing to share, then don't try to force it out of him. Make sure he knows the "door is open" and then either wait or move on.

Well, Ive invited him out where its just me and him alone,I remember everything he says, im there for him, and im very kind to him. With people I don't like, I wouldn't give any sort of compliment, talk on the phone for 3 hrs late at night, etc. I dont know my chart but his birthday is nov.3 and mine is oct 27.

haha 😄 you're right. I never thought about it that way lol. He is a very assuming person(he doesnt ask, he assumes you know what he wants). I guess in my mind I had my whole dream planned out lol I wanted him to clearly let me know or go out with me somewhere before I said anything to him lol. Thanks for the advice and chart!

Youre right. When I ask him where he never has a plan. He will basically say i dont know...lets just see where the day takes us or something to that nature.
