Scorpio moons and being cheap

So I read that Scorpio moons can be "cheap" with their money. However, I don't know how I feel about this. I've known a few and they all vary.

Capricorn W Scorp Moon. CHEEAAAAAPPPP! But he was also raised by the two cheapest humans on the planet and is a Cap...duh 🙂 Wouldn't buy you a drink, but would also do grand gestures, like loaning large sums of money (with interest of course, damn cap) helping you with anything you needed like moving, cleaning, etc. But we actually found a composition book in his room of every thing he had ever spent money on with others. Like "bought bag of chips and soda at lake for $ 6 bucks"....ahhh!

Libra, Scorp Moon... Pretty cheap. Would force you to split a check to the EXACT dollar amount. Would let you pick up a tab and not return the favor. Very tacky.

Scorp with Scorp Moon... GENEROUS to a fault. She was the least cheap person I had EVER met. Pick up every tab, just above and beyond. Despised cheapness in others, too.

Have interacted with enough external Scorpio Moons from both genders, to say, none of the ones I have ever encountered would even be classified as cheap, a few are spend thrifty, a few are financial/investment brilliant but otherwise never.
