Venus in scorpio not jealous...

Hi everyone who might read this... its been a year ive been with my boyfriend (almost a year)... he has venus in scorpio, and i dont think he's jealous and possessive... and i was wondering if its a misconception of venus in scorpio to think they are jealous or maybe he is but just dont tell...? Also hes not very good at expressing his love... like he doesnt want to say i love you too often because he thinks it will lessen its meaning... and I asked him since its almost a year when does he think is the official date of anniversary of our couple and he answered when we first kissed... and then i wonder if he was just waiting for me to get the hint that i liked him at that time to make a move... Id like some opinions on that because to me its confusing...

Well, I'm a scorpio venus and if I trust someone and am secure in their love for me, then I'm not jealous at all. Key words = trust and security.

I am slow to say "I love you". I'm 46 years old and have only said it romantically to three men in my whole life (and I have dated much more than three). Just very picky who I say it to and I have to mean it, as well as feel secure in the relationship in order to say it. However, once in a stable relationship, I have no problem saying it. I think it was around the year mark in our relationship that I became comfortable with it.

What are his other planets? Sun, moon and mars?

Mars will tell you how ambitious he is in going after what he wants (for example, stereotypically, mars in Aries will go after a woman full force, where mars in pisces will sit back and just let it happen).

Moon will tell you the emotional side and how he handles his emotions (cap moon will be less emotional and cautious in love, whereas cancer moon has no problem expressing feelings).

Sun is the core personality.

I have Venus in Scorpio. I'm not jealous and/or possessive unless I'm given a reason to be. I don't tell someone I love them unless I absolutely mean it. I do protect my feelings until I think I can trust you.

I'm another Venus Scorp without jealousy issues. If someone gives me reason to be jealous, then it just tells me that they're not for me anyway. If it comes to that, it creeps me out to even continue seeing them.

There's just too many other people, and too many better things to do than to hold someone prisoner.

what's his placements? if he's got a singleton venus scorpio with NO other water, or other to complement, he may have a hard time understanding to "depths" of scorpio love. Especially if he has alot of air in his chart.

I'm a female Libra sun/Scorpio Venus, and I'm not prone to jealousy or possessive. I'm acquainted with a Scorpio sun/Scorpio Venus (male) and he is ruthlessly possessive, protective, and prone to jealousy.

The past is the past, but it was lived by the same person who you're dating today.

Their past actions, and their attitude they show towards it, can reveal much about his true character. Much more than his best courting behavior that he's currently on.

It's not even so much what he says, since it's so easy to just lie. But if he describes her as a "bitch", red flag. If he plays the victim, red flag. If he immediately just says how much hotter you are, red flag.

Even if everything checks out, knowing his past can be very helpful in knowing what he likes or doesn't like. If he grumbles that his ex always gave him impersonal gift cards for holidays, well, you now know what not to get him. 🙂

Libras are good at hiding jealousy. Don't look for a libra to make any open displays of crazy emotions. Virgo either for that matter. He also has mars in cap which can keep their emotions very in check on the outside even though they may be going crazy inside.

Yeah... i think what bothers me is that i speak a lot and he doesnt so its hard to know where he stands... and i guess its my scorpio asc who doesnt like him being on top of things (knowledge wise)...

I am very possesive and jelaus:/ I have however never met a guy whom I fully trusted, so that hs got lmost everything to do with it. At the same time, Guys I can "own" immediatly, I tend to find not so interesting. Not that I have ever told a man I loved him, but if I did, it would be from the bottom of my Heart, and I can actually understand, what he Means by it loosing it's meaning if you just throw it around randomly (which I don't think you are btw). He feels is in his gut. That stuff is scary. And takes some time to get used to that feeling of extrem happiness and fear at the same time.
He probably has alot of feelings, but putting them into everyday Words... Phu...That's a tough one.

Probably but i dunno since im a vain leo woman who needs constant ego feeding and reassurance i find it a little hard to handle... and everytime i talk about the relationship like trying to get some information on what he thinks he makes jokes and then change subject... unless im very not casual and i tell him directly what i dont like and what i would like and why... and then hes like okay ill try (like talking about his feelings or saying nice things sometimes) he did it for a while but he kinda stopped and hes a little aloof now loll...

I know someone with these exact same placements. He is super detached in his relationship and he does not like speaking about feelings. I wouldn't say he's a jealous or possessive person at all, he's so easy going. I would say he's a little secretive though.

A little secretive is clearly an understatement loll I thought for 6 months he didnt have a facebook... and then i found out he did have one... i stalked him and added him... only to find nothing on it... not even a damn picture! LOL

thats good advice! i shouldnt worry as much... I really enjoy spending time with him! yesterday we walked all afternoon downtown... i bought shoes cause i had only boots with me and it got too hot... he was really patient shopping with me LOL we did like 3-4 stores because i couldnt find a pair that was confy enough and cute!

you hit the nail on the head for the most part. I have a couple of gay cousins and one of them told me he's dating a double libra guy with a fire mars and scorpio venus. He tells me that he is SO secretive, but HATES confrontation. It pisses him off. so i tell him if you are pissed off at that, why are you with him? It's because he feels that he actually loves him. they both have scorpio venus, but my cousin has dominant water/fire. so we'll see how that goes. *crosses fingers* he seems like a really nice guy too, but he hates to be alone from what i heard from cuz.

yeah he hates confrontations too... maybe that's why he doesnt want to talk about the relationship (he's not very good at talking about his feelings so maybe we would have an argument because i wouldnt understand what he's trying to say...) it doesnt piss me off that we dont talk about that stuff but sometimes i feel a little shallow with him cause hes so serious most of the time... I have Sun, Mercury, Venus and Pluto in Scorpio. Although it's not something I'm proud of, I'd have to be honest and say that I can be quite jealous. If I'm going to justify myself, it's not in an insecure way. It's more like... I don't go after many things in life, I choose what I want carefully, quality over quantity, and when I find it and make it mine, I don't like to share!

I'm using the word 'it' because I'm not just referring to women. Could be clothes or ideas. I just get annoyed that I leave people to their things, yet they constantly want what's mine, not cool!

I have Sun in Sag and Venus in Scorpio - I don't go bezerk if I call my partner and he doesn't answer. We all miss calls. Now if it happens on a regular basis then that's a different story. I still wouldn't freak out, I'd probably just act more distant and cautious due to signs of potential deception.

It's because Venus in Scorpios are very private individuals. I think that through time and once they start feeling completely comfortable around you and you ask about their past relationships then they may start revealing bit by bit...

Not surprising at all, that sounds like something I would do (being a ViS myself). From my point of view, I would say it's more like he is naturally private, mysterious and secretive. For people with Scorpio in this placement, the way we see it is if someone is truly special and have proved themselves then that person will have the privilege of having actual insight into our private lives. As for the rest of the folks (acquaintances, people from the past, random strangers browsing on social networking sites), they have not earned that privilege to see personal pictures or get the latest updates on what has taken place in our lives. Those details are kept only for people close to us.

People refuse to recognize anything other than the most unevolved jealousy/obsessiveness as VINS (and exclusive to it).

When pressed, these people usually just shrug and regurgitate that Venus in Scorpio is in detriment.

yeah they even neglect the virgo venus which is in the "fall". No one seems to care about them. You don't see a ton of women making topics on "HELP! I'm soooooooooo attracted to the venus in virgo. do not understand!" it's always venus in scorpio.
