Venus in Scorpio's are even sexier now?

I was thinking about the generational thing of Pluto being in Scorpio. People born in the last 20 or so years have this in their natal charts.

When you look at synastry, a Venus conjunct Pluto aspect usually leads to "obsession" and "sexual attraction" from the Pluto person to the Venus Person.... and the Venus would feel it too.

Soooo... Would that make this generation's Venus in Scorpio's just plain lucky? I mean they basically conjunct nearly EVERYONE'S plutos.
