Walking Contradiction? Libra/Scorpio

Looking for information on my chart (born Oct 21). I'm Libra Sun, Gemini Rising, Cancer Moon, Mercury/Venus/Mars in Scorpio.I've always felt more intense than Libras are supposed to be yet still logical and objective. Besides feeling at times that I can't decide what to listen to my head or my heart... what sign should I read? A scorpio or libra horoscope?
Also, I'm confused about what a stellium is... do I have one? I appreciate any thoughts or insights.

From some of things I've read about Scorpios, people either keep avoid them or seek them out. Having a stellium of scorpio is considered a negative part of my birth chart?
