Why Am I Fascinated with Scorpios
A fascination with Scorpios often stems from their intense personality, emotional depth, and magnetic charm. They are known for their passion and loyalty, which can captivate those around them. I understand taking the piss, but I generally do it with people I actually know. I'm simply unable to understand the tone you're trying to convey over the internet. You could very well think my fascination is in fact unbalanced lol who knows?
Perhaps my sensitive Libra and Aries placements got a little bruised there, I can admit that. I became defensive lol
Scorpios are extremely magnetic and interesting to me. I've yet to have one completely bonded with me, but I did have one claim to be 'so attached' to me, but his actions were supporting his empty words. So I had to block him out of my life.
I don't understand why I'm so drawn to them other than the earth placements that are in my chart, honestly. I seldom see Aries/Scorpio couples. Usually the Aries isn't loyal or consistent enough. But I'd love to have a loyal, dedicated and passionate Scorpio man in my life. I stay for the long haul in relationships.
All my exes have been Cancers, and all other men that I haven't officially dated but were interested and drawn to me were Scorpios and Tauruses.
Granted, I could tell there was humor behind it. But it almost felt like a humor at my expense in a bad way; like this bitch is crazy lol it made me defensive, apologies.

I basically just said that I think my strong Venus in Taurus placement has a lot to do with my interest in Scorpio men; they look for very similar things in matters of love. And I absolutely love trying to figure people out, and the wall of a Scorpio is among the hardest to break down. I know how intense and soft they can be, I've witnessed it. I just want it again.

Alright, fair enough. I've only been on this forum for about a week, so I was unaware of this. Yes, CONGRATULATIONS to me for having a curiosity about it, and for wondering why I feel the attraction so strongly. I can express that if I like. Does it honestly affect you that much?

I totally get Scorpio humor in person, I have a handful of Scorpio friends, I swear lol I enjoy sarcasm. I'm an Aries Sun, But barely I'm like 28 degrees in Aries, bordering on Taurus I just discovered.
All I know is I have Scorpio in Pluto, nothing else really. And I don't think Pluto says much lol my North Node is in Pisces, but again I don't really even know how that correlates. I'm just thinking that all my earth placements are drawing me to Scorpios.

Stop apologizing and explaining. Own your attraction to Scorpio men. Learn about the sign (and its compatibility to your planets) from an astrological aspect. Apply what you learn, enjoy the experience, and keep it pushing.
I'm a Libra and Scorpio men embody the qualities that I desire in a man/person. And some qualities that I wouldn't tolerate in a petulant moody child...or an adult who loves subterfuge. Nevertheless, I am more excited than not.

i think it's because alot of Scorpio men have libra /dominant libra /7th house in them, so the aries part of you want to "chase" down that libra.
and the taurus part, magnetically, is opposite attracts.

The thing with Aries is that they operate on a different setting than Scorpios.Aries generally defaults to pushy and forceful in most situations.
Scorpios generally prefer a more reserved approach.
That doesn't mesh well. There has to be some depth behind the forceful exterior to keep a Scorpio interested...if there's nothing there, you're just another pushy, loud, and arrogant person to be dismissed.

I'm sure you've encountered a fair amount of immature personalities on here who simply don't possess an awareness of everything around them, nor have the ability to understand how someone else might express themselves. So that could certainly be a source of frustration.
Yes, I did get defensive when more than one joke was made at my expense; I admit that and feel quite silly. It's easier for me to make and receive jokes like this in person, and given the fact that I didn't know either of you or how you operate yet, I didn't read between the lines before reacting emotionally.

Honestly, as I posted on another thread my inner life is feeling quite confusing right now. Granted, it always has. But I've noticed it much more recently. I think given the mixture of elements in my chart, I have a tendency to react to things on many levels. Sometimes like an Aries with Libra placements, and others what feels like an introverted earth sign. I find a lot of safety with my Virgo, Taurus and Cancer friends. And here I am, fixated on having a Scorpio man lol I need to figure this out or have my entire chart done.

I agree but at the same time, I'm all for bettering myself and working on my flaws that get me in trouble way too often. The least I can do is pick and choose my battles wisely and keep my impulsiveness under control. You know, bc there's a time and place for everything.

This is true; not for me but I've certainly seen this. There's a handful Aries that I simply can't deal with, because of their pushy approach and overbearing attitude. They come off super unfriendly, too dominating and bitchy in my opinion. Almost have an "I'm too cool for you" air about them. Blehh. This is really why I think my Libra moon influences my tendency to be more passive and kind as well as being 28 degrees in Aries; I'm practically a Taurus. Only relating to maybe one of two qualities of Aries. I do like those qualities, though. The spontaneity, the passion.
This is not to say that all Aries are this way, so please Arians, do not take offense. I just have a few that I know in mind that I seriously would love to punch lol
Aries wins by saying yes/no immediately.
Sc wins by saying nothing/no until things are to his/her gusto.
Sc can wait 100 years for victory. Aries has the victory right now or never. In latter case they don't care anymore.

I work with an Aries sun/moon/merc.It's astounding how she either doesn't realize how obnoxiously pushy she can be or doesn't care.
At some point in time everyone needs to develop some self-awareness, especially in social/work situations.
On the other hand I've worked with Aries that I am still friends with after many years.
Oh good god lol I'm sorry, but that's too much fire for me. I once knew a girl who was Aries sun, moon, rising, and Sag venus and mars. Boy did I feel like they were on a much different planet than I! As you can imagine, her energy tended to be quite abrasive for me.
The Aries that I tend to get along with have usually had Virgo or Cancer in their chart. Definitely some air influence, but they had to have earth or water for them to understand the introverted part of my personality.

Rabbit and starlover, there's a Scorpio sun, Capricorn moon and Pisces rising friend of mine that has a gravitational pull towards me -- so it's not just my attraction lol although we're quite different in how we operate, I find that we're both open and willing to understand each other. He's always seemed to love my positive nature, my intellect, depth and the way I support my friends with my loving Libra moon lol and last but not least, the space that I give him! Which I know is essential
I've never been the annoying, clingy type. I need space much like his placements. But I show him tenderness when I find him allowing himself to be vulnerable, which is not often. As I said previously, I 'mirror' people's behavior out of respect for their boundaries, and I think he likes that about me. And when I go mia, he comes after me instead lol
This is indeed a friend with whom I've had an intimate past, but not now. And we do talk often, quite deeply sometimes if I feel he needs it.
My question is, could you understand our pull towards each other? Would you say it's certainly placements or just the fact that some people can be more evolved and amenable to learning about the other, therefore knowing how to work with them?
That was not meant to be boastful, these were his words regarding what he liked about me! lol He doesn't know my moon but he did say he likes how loving and supportive I am of friends.
And the placements I mean are the Pluto in Scorpio and Jupiter in my eighth house that starlover found, as well as my Taurus Venus.

I can absolutely agree with this; he's actually gone a bit against Scorpio nature as well as he's an outgoing, talkative and goofy person with almost everyone, not just a select few; and I haven't seen himself commit to one women in years lol he also doesn't brood nearly us much as the norm. I don't know really, I just think we vibe well. And it probably is just like-mindedness.
And I've also met people with my placements that I don't vibe with either lol so I getcha.
To me, the fascination would be the very intense sexy vibe they give off!
