He is my first/only Gemini...I was his first girlfriend in high school. That was almost 10 years ago and we recently reconnected. I usually will RUN away from Gemini men but he seems different from B4. I know they say Taurus and gem aren’t compatible, but I still would like to know what to expect.

So far he’s pretty chill, confident, playful, moody and VERY assertive. He says he’s not possessive or controlling, but something tells me he may be?

I'm a gemini venus/pisces moon and I fit what you described too haha. I think you'll be fine, your venus placements indicate you two will have a lot of passion and fun, but it can become conflict cause an aries venus is more intense and forward shooting than a breezy easy gemini venus.

Yes I am seeing this with him a lot. I will ask a simple question and he will answer then ask why. Sometimes it isn’t really a big deal so I just say nothing or nvm and he does NOT like it lol

Yes with my Venus I am very playful and passionate in love. He can also be very playful with me but I think he gets a little sensitive sometimes.

My main concern was stability and building a solid relationship. He thinks I’m moody and inconsistent, but he is also that way with me. And I sense he’s scared to be vulnerable with me..

I'm all about the "why" after I'm asked something. I want to know every detail but me answering you back unless I trust you.. you migjt not get the same back.

I have a cancer mars too! You need to coax him to be vulnerable. Show him you won't leave or laugh or embarras him

Communication is gonna be key for you two, your moodiness is probably misinterpreted by him at times cause hes sensitive to it, and taurus is a very detail oriented sign that jumps to conclusions so long as you're consistent and transparent with him, you should be fine. Make him feel safe and secure, taurus need stability. Being a taurus sun/gemini venus myself, I understand the playfulness aspect but my taurus side is also always like "omg but is this stable, am i doing the right thing, do they care about me blah blah analyze everything", which is why communication and consistency is key.
