Cap man and Taurus woman rebounding

Met a Capricorn man and boy look at our chemistry! We both are still suffering from our past relationships but since I met him, I kinda started rebounding but he still wants to cry for her past ex-gf. It's been 3 years and he still loves her. Though we wen out on date - twice. One month of heavy flirting and two dates - its been now 8 months and all we do is either fight or ignore. But interestingly, we both say its the end but ultimately resume talking again. He does not flirt anymore, me neither. But I know he is really sad and I want to end his pain. I never had such a great chemistry with anyone else. What a classy man! I have been with a Scorp too, he was also classy but mysterious.

On first date, he hugged me like he means it, not once, thrice. Before second meet, I had knew that he is losing his interest in me so I did not try to touch him at all but in the end he hugged me again. I mean, WHY? Why does he bother to see me, talk to me, or even care for me? It was just first date and he told me that he loves his ex-gf. Then why is he not going away? I asked this to him and he said because we are good friends. I felt like to slap him!
