Cows :-)

Back Story: Long before I knew my TM was a Taurus we had this funny conversation about cows. He wanted his SO to go into farm veterinary medicine because he was under the impression that she would get less attached to the farm animals (specifically cows) vs. cats/dogs. He told me how he helped give birth to a cow once in his youth and to his son. I warned him that people get attached to all kinds of animals. Then being the practical jokester that I am, I ran across a sweet picture of a man loving and kissing on a cow. I folded it up and left it on TM's desk with a note that said "careful what you wish for...people love their cows too". It turned into a recurring joke over the past couple years and now every time I see a cow I think of him and those laughs we shared.

FFWD to this morning. I have been looking for a house to rent for several months now. I am super picky. Not about the home being the Hilton, but about the location. Many of the places I looked are very metropolitan. Then this ad popped up yesterday on Craig's list. I went out there to check it out this morning and as I pulled in the drive I saw there were no neighbors and....that's right....a pasture full of cows right behind the property. I felt at home instantly and at peace. The landlord is awesome. First time there are good vibes all around. It is peaceful there and quiet. I move in next week.

This post isn't full of drama and intrigue but I wanted to share my story about cows with the rest of you bulls. I'm not allowed to be with my TM, but the cows make me feel happy and close to him. Bulls and cows apparently have a very calming effect on my tortured Scorpio soul 😉 Thanks for listening.
