Answer: Only if Scorpio lets Pisces know that Taurus is the best match, and if Capricorn allows Taurus to match with Pisces, unless Leo steps in and takes Pisces away because of being hurt by a Sagitarius, who tried to prove to Taurus that Pisces was not the best match. Its that simple.
