Hello fellow Virgo. 🙂 The first part of your list is great. What with the cuddling and cooking and such. That's really nice. And I do believe that this guy was sincere in the way that he was nice to you. I mean, in my experience with Taureans (or whatever you want to call them)they don't usually do things without a purpose. They don't like to waste time. However, 5, 6, 12, and 13 really jump out. I can tell you right now that if a guy isn't sexually attracted to you the relationship won't really be going anywhere. Unless you're both asexual, intimacy is going to come up whether it's two weeks into a relationship or two months. So for him to say this really indicates a lot about how he feels about you. Him getting drunk and playing a love song doesn't say much. I mean it could be one of those situations where a person gets drunk and they just start confessing and such, but more likely he was just being stupid. It happens. The whole loving you in a different way is weird. Overall I can see why you're confused. Since you're not too emotionally invested, and you're not looking for a relationship (good!), I think it would be fine if you decided to kind of wait and see how things go. I would just say be wary of getting sucked in too deep. And if things don't start becoming more clear then you should be ready to bow out. Best of luck!
